I am one! Started with computers in a Saturday "camp" sort of program at
the local private school when I was in about sixth or seventh grade where
one of the classes was computers, done on ASR33s connected to the school's
DEC PDP11. All we did was PRINT statements in BASIC, but in 1976 that was
really cutting edge stuff, esp. for kids! Went on to do FORTRAN on punch
cards on an IBM/360 in high school and the PC revolution hit when I was in
college. Went away to college with my electric typewriter that was my
"big" HS graduation present and came home a year or two later with one of
the first IBM clones that got me through the remaining time for my
undergrad degree. By the time I did my Masters I had upgraded a bit to an
IBM PS/2.

I have a 33 or two, but I didn't pay the $$ they are going for on ePay. I
got mine for mere peanuts in the late 80s at hamfests.

73,

Doug, KA2WFT
