I suggested that Google lets you search a particular web address.   
Then I tried it out, and could not make it find things.

Get to Googles's opening page:
http://www.google.com
and click "Advanced Search"
Fill in a search word or phrase, then put the URL
http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/greenkeys/
into the bottom field: "Search within a site or domain:"

It will launch a search.  I tried Beaudot after discovering at least  
one message with that word, and the search engine did not find it.
