[GreenKeys] Amateur Radio and at&t U-Verse = Big Problems

Has anybody talked to ARRL about this?  Could be as bad as BPL, in
the opposite direction.  Or in the forward direction of that matter.
If the service is susceptible to interference then maybe it also radiates.
