Teletype made its own hardware, using screw machines, until the Model 
32/33 product line.  One weakness of a company having such an excellent
factory that can make anything is that designers keep having special 
things made, rather than using something already made or something off
the shelf.  So one could argue that Teletype had far too many part
numbers of screws and shoulder screws and eccentric shoulder screws
and stuff like that.  The single part made in the largest quantity
was 2191, a #6 lock washer.
