Technically, there is no such thing as a 3/16-32.  That would be a stove 
bolt or a carriage bolt, if either of those came in that size.  What you are 
looking for is a # 10-32 slotted hex head machine screw, and finding some 
should be pretty easy.  McMaster doesn't perhaps have the best selection but in 
a few seconds I found some of them there.
