Yes, there are four screwdriver adjustments. Here's a list of what is in that row:
Line Test switch
LP adjustment
BP adjustment
PP adjustment
RP adjustment
MS Switch (Mark Space I assume)
1A SB fuse
And the On/Off switch
When I don't have the hardwired cable connected to the TU, the printer runs open. When I flip the Line test switch to the right, it
stops. When the switch is vertical, and it's connected to the TU's loop supply, it doesn't run open, but it does not print anything
either.

The LESU are working with sounds like a Wastern Union unit, and I don't know that there is much info on them. I have none.
If there is a row of four screwdriver adjustments adjacent to the jack panel, you can rest assured that it is a WU. It should be
painted a fairly dark green and the paint is wrinkle finish.
I ususally strp out western union lesus' and replace them with TTY corp stuff.
