As Henning says, it's a Creed Model 7. Only what you'd expect if it was
seen in Liverpool and was used during WWII in Britain. The design is
from 1931 according to Alan's article at RTTY.COM.
As you say, John, the early Creeds bear little relation to the Morkrum
or Teletype designs. I think later they licensed the design for the
Model 444 which uses a moving typebasket rather than a moving platen.
