[GreenKeys] Can anyone identify this teleprinter?

    Here's a historic teleprinter, from the Liverpool War Museum:

This is an unusual design, one I've never seen before.  It's
not anything Teletype ever made.  It's not an early Morkrum.
It was in use during WWII in a major command center for the
Battle of the Atlantic, even though it looks like something from the 1920s.
