The sealed mercury relays are better and they do not need to be  
adjusted.

Look for 314A and 314B relays.

I have not used them much, but they are a very good example of a
specialized and very well developed device that does it's job
extremely well.  They will do an amazing array of tasks, and if set up
correctly, do it pretty much continuously without faltering.
