Yes. The main one is probably Milsurplus at mailman.qth.net. There are
several
splinter groups but probably 98% of the splinter group members also belong
to
the base group. For non-military (or maybe more proper to say not just
military) radios, the main two are both named Boatanchors. One is also on
QTH.NET
and was originally I understand a disgruntled splinter of the oldest
radio-related (communications, not SWL) reflector on the Internet (dates
from the days
of CPM and the early Commodore commercial machines),
Boatanchors at theporch.com.
The latter is moderately difficult to get into and is subscription
supported. But the technical level of the members is generally higher than
in most of
the QTH.NET lists. The lists on QTH.NET are nominally donation supported,
but
only a few (I'd guess 5%) ever donate.
