[GreenKeys] HRS312 TTY Interface

Unfortunately, the FTDI (and other) USB to serial converters won't go slow
enough for our purposes.  The minimum baud rate you can set on these is (I
think) 300, and we need to go down as low as 45....Bill Buzbee
