[GreenKeys] What is value of DS3100 and ST6

I found the Jim and Don's discussion to be very interesting and timely. I
don't know why actual teletype equipment isn't more highly valued but my
recent experience certainly confirms the fact that one simply can't expect
any return on the investment. I suspect that's because younger people have
no idea what an operating machine is like. But you also have to be aware
that this does not apply to older transmitting and receiving tube gear. In
fact, if you have what we used to call Hi Fi gear it can actually generate a
return. I recently saw an old mono heathkit amp which I happen to have
built in the late 50's and still have sell on ebay for nearly ten times its
original price!
In contrast, a teletype machine that I might have paid $200 for in the
sixties would have to be given to me today!
