I had one computer in which the power supply was a broadband radio jammer, whether the computer was turned on or not (had to turn it off at the circuit breaker in the back to get the noise to go away). So I replaced that with a good quality power supply and that took care of most of the problem. Antec is said to be a good brand. Jim W6JVE
