[GreenKeys] REAL RTTY PK-232 Alignment

I really enjoy this discussion here about the PK-232.  I still  have mine but don't use it anymore, but for many years it gave me great service.

There is several modifications for the PK-232.  One is retuning the shift to 170 and tuning the front end filters for 170 HZ.
