Well, it has finally happened, a poor installation has led to a death:

VIENNA, Va. (metro Washington DC) - A 79-year-old man is dead after falling 
down in a confrontation outside his home with a Verizon technician.
Police say the Vienna man, whose name was not released, was unhappy with 
the installation of a new service.
