If I remember correctly, and that's getting harder to do, hi, when I got my 
new ST-6000 from Bill Henry in 2004, he told me that the last time he tried 
to get them that they had become "unobtainium".  They were ridiculous prices 
before (like $500 or so) then just gone.  Look for a spare on the bay, 
hamfests, etc.  There are many of these still out there, and available for 
very little now.  Great TU, by the way.  Had mine on 20m last week, and 
would this weekend BUT there's a darned contest, hi.
