Kroil is great stuff!

Kano Labs is a small business located in Nashville, TN. Stop in if you are
driving through. Great people with which to do business. I remember the
first time that I ordered from them ... I called and placed the order. When
they were ready to hang up, I asked if they wanted a credit card number,
and they said, no will just include a bill!

They have a range of products, most of which I have used. One that may be
of interest is Exrust, a phosphoric acid with detergent.

Alas, they are privately held, so I don't own any stock in them.

And on the rust removal topic, be sure to investigate the electrolytic rust
removal process.

I use it as a complementary process to acid treatments. It will also remove
any coatings, whereas acid won't bother most paints. So, if you want to
retain paint, use acid, if you want to protect a plating, use the
electrolytic process.
