By the way, I looked up the specifications for the connectors from Amphenol.
JT series. I ordered replacement pins and insertion / extraction tools for 
mine
since it came with the connectors but ONLY the audio in and RX data out
pins inserted in the connectors.

I'm not sure if Mouser http://www.mouser.com has all the pieces needed for
making the connectors, but they do have some of it, and would probably
special order them if necessary.

If you do a Google http://www.google.com search using the MS part number,
you get serveral hits on "obsolete hardware dealers", but they tend to be
over priced to begin with, and want a minimum order of like $250 or so.
