[GreenKeys] Teletype ASR 33 print hammer

Hello Britt,

I used a short piece of clear plastic water tubing of a diameter that just 
snuggly fits over the hammer contraption.  It is a model 32 but, I believe 
the beasts are similar.

It prints perfectly and there don't seem to be any negative side effects.
