Brooke, I also have the New York Quotation ticker, which I didn't see any
info on your website. Also, Extel made a nice glass-domed ticker back in the
day.  I've owned a few universals in the past and a few self winding (there
are several common models) but sold them all and just have the NYQ. I like
it best because it has the paper external to the dome. It is one of the
rarest, but doesn't command the premiums as the ones associated with Edison.

I have a good book which has some information on the NYQ (albeit they show a
version different than mine) called "American Telegraphy and Encyclopedia of
the Telegraph" by William Maver, Jr. It's a common book so I would bet you
have it already. There is a whole section on printing telegraphs Chapter
XXVII starting on page 390. The NYQ makes an appearance on page 412.

PS. I also have two 5A black boxes, one was a donor for the other. Jack
K0TTY got one of them working a few years ago. I have yet to find the time
to reproduce his set up!
