[GreenKeys] old wood-cased Teletype Corp. perforator

An odd ancient wood-cased Teletype Corp. perforator with 9 numeric keys 
followed me home from a hamfest today.

Any info greatly appreciated. It looks complete and unmolested - is there a 
museum that should have this?
Actually I'd love to trade it for a Navy Model 28 typing reperf TT-192/UG, 
TT-274/UG, or TT-192A/UG
