[GreenKeys] PC boards

Hi:

I've been using ExpressPCB for years and like them very much.
They have a number of different services.  The lowest cost one is called Mini 
Board where the PCB size is fixed at 2.5 x 3.8 inches.  It's a double sided 
board with vias and plated through holes.  No solder mask and no white 
component ID layer.  You get 3 boards for $51 plus shipping.


You can put more than on circuit on a board and cut them apart yourself.  The 
best lowest cost way I've found is heavy duty tin snips:

The 8" Mini Shear Break is too touchy on blade alignment to work consistently.

You must use their software, not industry standard software.  It's best to draw 
the schematic then when starting the board layout to link to the schematic. 
That way when you click on a node all the terminals on that node are 
highlighted so you can see of they are all connected.  This greatly reduces 
missed and cross connections.
