"non illegitimi carborundum", Randy - it's just the nature of gatherings
like this that there will be N+1 opinions, where N is the number of people
commenting and 1 is the number of people actually doing something. They
aren't really trying to rain on your parade, just offering
opinions/suggestions.
If it isn't a lot of trouble, please go ahead and see what American Oil has
to say - if you come up with cost/delivery from them, folks will step up to
help out. Heck, I'll kick in to buy some even if I don't pine nostalgically
for the smell of KS-7470. (I don't even know what it smells like - in the
olden days I spent 6 years pecking away at a 33ASR and no one ever put a
drop of anything on it)
cheers,
Nick
