[GreenKeys] source for new 1" paper tape?

There was a discussion in another venue about some very isolated
military post that got iced in and only got resupplied at intervals
of several months.  They ran out of perforator tape, and the Seabees
made tape for them out of brown wrapping paper - think grocery bag
paper.  Which they said was not very satisfactory.
