[GreenKeys] source for new 1" paper tape?

Interesting that you mention making your own tape. If you are
patient, you can do just that.
Given a roll of paper one can design and built a slitter. One of my
friends did this for slitting paper tape into 3/8 inch for strip
printers.
He started with a 8 mm home movie editor and modified it to do the
slitting. One company that used to manufacture paper rolls and tape
was Maxwell Paper Co. in Texas.
