[GreenKeys] AT&T Microwave towers

I don't believe, although I could be wrong, that any of the
microwave at Norway is still active, I believe it is Fiber that keeps
Norway alive.

I think all the dishes (And there certainly was a bunch of them on
that tower) are turned down.
