[GreenKeys] Western-Union time service

I have worked on these clocks while at Western Union.  Bus stations, radio 
and TV stations, quite a few other places.  The most memorable location for me 
was at Smith & Wesson in Springfield, MA. where they had one prominently on 
display in the lobby.  

I had one in my shop for about 15 years running every day.  No glass in it.  
It was the first thing I ever sold on ebay and went for an amount that shocked 
me.  Cant quite remember how much, but over $100.
