[GreenKeys] Western-Union time service

Being a pathetic overcollector, I have about 12 Western Union Clocks running
all over the house and several in the shack. I use an ESE "Master" clock to
key a WECo 17A relay that shoots 6VDC to the hourly reset solenoid.

The original 1.5 VDC batteries in series that ran the rewind motor every
hour have been replaced by a pair of series D cells that last about 2 years.
When the rewind motor runs on some of these clocks they could wake the dead!

The red lite in the face of the clock lights using a 2.5 volt bayonet bulb
and uses the rewind battery for current. The reset solenoid keys a contact
to light the bulb ....these things are crude but faithful and almost all are
within seconds of correct time if not perfect.

Every Model 15 should have one of these clocks nearby for a correct
historical presentation LOL
