Hi Joe:

Yes, Western Union used the clocks made by the Self Winding Clock Co.

I have some ideas how to synchronize the clocks to WWVB and how to get
correct DST changes.

It seems a shame to do something that would not allow them to be setup
anywhere and run on batteries.
