[GreenKeys] the greenbook series (AT&T books)

To the best of my knowledge there are four editions.

1928/1929  First
1938/1941 Second
1953 Third
1961 Fourth

The 1929 and 1941 are just reprints with a small number of corrections.

You might also find the Red Books to be valuable unless your only  
interest is telegraphy.
