I stand corrected on this one. Who was the political / corporate
entity that got this pushed through Congress and the FCC? Someone had
to pay the lobbyists to do it...

I knew it was the CATV folks selling this line of crap. My folks are
elderly and almost fell for it. Telemarketers are scum...
