[GreenKeys] Model 14 (again)

Howdy Folks,

I'm onto my last Model 14 rebuild.  This one has the very narrow paper tape 
that was to be glued to the telegram....the glue is dried out these days.

Regarding legitimacy....there is a massive bracket holding the polar relay 
socket and the appropriate biasing resistors for the relay.  I'd like to 
remove all that extraneous stuff.  Would that be a TTY sin?  Did these 
machines come without those "extras"?

Opinions appreciated.
