[GreenKeys] ship radio room expertise needed

Hi folks:

New to the list today is Jack Pickerd, who I chatted with a bit
yesterday.  He used to work on M28 gear, but he has a current need for
info for a buddy of his, who is restoring a radio room in a ship.

I seem to recall that we had some folks with ship radio/tty room
expertise here on greenkeys, but I don't recall just who at the moment.
