[GreenKeys] AS-4112/TSC-60. Antenna Parts, Looking for info, books, photos, accurate descriptions.

I hope this is the correct forum for the information I am looking for, what
what I can tell, the item I need help with was part of a "greenkeys" system:

I have an antenna matching network, which from what little info I can find
on the web, is from a Military Ground Station operating between either 0.5
MHz to 30 Mhz or 1.6 MHz to 30 MHz.

The unit is labeled AS-4112/TSC-60.

It appears to be designed to work as a pair of inverted V's.  There are two
RF inputs on the bottom of the network, which would be mounted on the tip of
a tower.

I would like to find information, photos and ultimately a manual for the
TSC-60 antenna with the network only, I don't need info on the whole TSC-60
system.
