[GreenKeys] Ring Generators

I'm betting it generates the "Hey Dummy" signal when the phone is off the hook.

My 701B, 200 line stepper PBX used two motor generators....48 VDC in and 80 
VAC out 20 cycles along with dial tone, busy tone and interrupter on all.

BUT, I have a rare cry baby....bet most don't know what that is LOL.
