[GreenKeys] Got Model 15 working with new board, for printer side

    My new board for driving a Model 15 is working on the printer side.
The machine is now printing out the AP newswire, using the Heavy Metal
program running on a PC.  No printer errors at all.  After cleaning
and oiling, and some very minor adjustments, this Teletype is working
very well.

    The board needs a redesign before the keyboard interface will work.
I'll have to do another round.
