For those of you who requested the manuals, this is a reminder
that Eugene Hertz has very graciously offered to host the manuals
for us. I couldn't figure out a way to email the large files to him
(my server kept choking) so I mailed him a CD today with the
files on it.

Nick, your manuals are on the way back to you with a copy of
the CD, and I'm in your debt- all of us are, for your generosity in
sharing them with us!
