With few exceptions the copy lamps for Model 28 machines are the GE 82.
These are now made in China and are readily available at low cost.

The 1314X lamps, also made by GE, are designed to be used for the M28
End-Of-Line, Out-Of-Paper, Out-Of-Tape, and Full Chad Bin indicators
which are normally under a red plastic lens.
(These are bit harder to come by)
