I've been to his telephone company years ago when he was disposing of old 
gear.  He still has / had a fully functional stepper office (not connected 
to subscriber lines anymnore) next to his Nortelco electronic switch....very 
generous and nice guy.  A truly independent telephone company amongest all 
the giants surrounding his nitch.
