Jim,

Welcome aboard.  I just checked LOGSA and the TB you have the hard copy of, 
plus TM 11-6625-620P and -620-40P-2 are CODE A and can be downloaded as a 
PDF.  Unfortunately, the -12 is CODE D and the -45-2 (and -45-1 on TS-799) 
are CODE B.  Which means you have to have system login priveleges.  For some 
reason (there never seems to be any logic to what's CODE A and what isn't) 
-45-3 on TS-836 Relay Test Set is CODE A.
