Thanks to all you guys for the help with getting ap news to run again.  Here
are the steps that worked for me.  Sorry for the verbiage but I wanted to do
it step by step for those like me who cannot walk and chew gum at the same
time.

1. Install Winamp.com
2. Install MMTTY
3. Install shoutcast.com
4. Open winamp
5. Select "media library button" on left side.
6. Select "online services".
7. shoutcast radio should be visible.
8. Click on 'shoutcast radio".
9. When shoutcast opens put "teletype" into search box.
10.Click on search and heading of tt radio stations should come up.
11.Click on "tune" and tones should be heard.
12.To print on screen open MMTTY.
13.On my new Vista machine with Sound Blaster card I had to plug card line
input to card line output to get audio into MMTTY program.  It must be a
Duplex card.  On old computer I did not have to do that patch.

When you fire up for the second time all you have to do is open winamp,
click on "tune in as program remembers where you were last.  If you want to
print out on screen open MMTTY and patch if you must.  I use a Y cord so I
can send it to my 8000 to run the #15.  

There must be an easier way but it worked for me.
