Ralph & the group;

clockspeed (in seconds) / (50 * WPM) = dit time.

Now that I got the formula, it was really quite simple once I
knew that the elements of a word is 50 (48 - 51 depending on
how you interpret spacing between letters and words).

The clock I'm using is running in u-seconds so it is 60,000,000.

When I took my ear "guess-timate" and divided by the speed, I was
pretty impressed that my 56,000,000 was fairly close to the 60,000,000.

Again, thanx for all the input guys! The fix just deleted about 80 lines
of a really terrible work-around code.

Tony J. Podrasky | Inventions reached their limit long ago,
