[GreenKeys] Model 14 Typing Reperforator

Tom - No thanks, I have plenty of M28 chad from my LKPE typing perf!

{Tom sent me a photo of a piece of tape from his M28 typing reperf that
fully punches the tape and types over the feed holes.  Unfortunately, this
list does not allow photo attachments, although other Mailman.qth lists do.)

Tom has proved that there are some M28 typing reperforators that did punch
completely. But the question still stands: why did Teletype Corp. make some
typing (re)perforators that made chadless tape and some that made chad??
