[GreenKeys] Model 14 Typing Reperforator questions

I mentioned to Derek that I have replaced that 14 platen with a
piece of 1/4 inch wood dowel. Worked fine.  But the plastic would
hold up longer....

Sounds like a part you  might be able to fabricate at home well  
enough, though I have not seen one.  (I'll go look at the typing  
reperf in the barn tomorrow.)
