I bought this test gear on ePay.  A military unit.

This little beast has a governed motor.

Question;  what speed does the governer want to be set for?  Does it adjust 
the motor to 1800 RPM?  My guess is that it would.

I want to put a sync motor, the standard Model 15 motor, if it fits, into 
this machine.
