Sending this on behalf of Frank, whose posts keep getting bounced as
spam -- could be juno.com and the ad it inserts at the bottom. Dunno.
I'll try it verbatim including the
headers but remove the bottom ad, as it bounced for me when I left the
ad in.
Maybe this one will this one make it through.
Sorry you are have troubles Frank; hopefully we can fix it.

Got my 2nd Class phone in 1971 Toyed with the idea of getting a
ham ticket, but was to busy playing with my employer's radios,
teletypes,
and assorted comm equipment for another 20 years or so. So when I pulled
the pin (as they say on the RR - referring to uncoupling pin) I had to
get my ham license. Went in and took all the levels and walked out with
an advanced class - missed the 25 wpm code test. Upgraded to AmExtra
a few years later.
After the FCC degraded the commercial ticket I got a bunch of
different commercial certificates, but they were just wallpaper.
Speaking of which, I have a photocopy of one of my big 8-1/2 X 11 FCC
licenses, now long expired. Much more impressive than the little pocket
card issued in 1987 and still valid.
