[GreenKeys] Some help

Hi Gang:

I am in the process of  replacing the elusive "rubber" hammer head in the 
typing reperf. of my ASR  (backspace and all the bells and whistles on it), and I 
have never done this  before.
What I am asking for is some guidance, tips, prayers and from  what I 
understand, some new cuss words to direct at this machine.
Any  help would be most appreciated!!
