[GreenKeys] Anybody know the MU-734/UGC?

Hi:  Check out item no. 170281346293  on that auction website.  It's
the manual for the AN/UGC 129 (V)1.  Also covered is the MU-734 
magnetic tape unit.  Look at the close-up picture of the cover.
