Good luck, even a dummy load doesn't radiate, but I bet if they have 
one, it is on
their property book.

We had a Saber log periodic at Morocco, probably about the same size as 
the Leesburg antenna.
Ours used two triangular towers to support the pipe mast for the boom.  
There was a nice
motor drive at the base, which turned the support pipe mast.

I was never impressed with its performance compared to a folded dipole 
alternate antenna used
for our backup HF comms with the Embassy.   There were radio check days 
when we could
never communicate with Rabat on HF. 

And perhaps orientation again, with the log periodic pointed 196 degrees 
to Rabat, the Santa Maria
HF ATC was about the same level on the LP as the folded dipole.  Santa 
Maria was about 90
degrees off to the side of the LP.

Maybe there was something wrong with it, and since it has now been 
turned over to the
Moroccan government, it is a non-issue.

As for the transport home, I guess you drive very carefully and at about 
3AM.
