[GreenKeys] Mailbox cabinets

        On the B&O RR we used mailboxes almost exclusively for Model 15
printers as well as some M14 reperf's.    There were cabinets for RO
printers - no opening in the door for they KB.   The reperf cabs had a
slot for the tape chute in the cover.    We liked them.  it was very easy
to work on the machines with the table rolled out.   The 15 I have is in
one of them.
